Safety & Compliance
Every project planned and executed so crews, clients, and building occupants stay safe.
Safety is how we work, not a slogan
A safe jobsite and a well-run jobsite are the same thing. The habits that protect our crews, planning the work before we mobilize, keeping sites clean and controlled, and communicating clearly, are the same habits that keep projects on schedule and on budget.
We adhere to applicable industry regulations and safety standards on every project, and because we self-perform most trades, we have direct control over how the work is done and who is doing it.
- Planned work. Scope, sequence, and site logistics set before crews mobilize.
- Controlled sites. Clean, organized work areas with controlled access.
- Accountable crews. Self-performed trades held to one standard, ours.
- Regulatory compliance. Work performed to applicable safety regulations and codes.
What safety looks like on our projects
Occupied Spaces
Much of our work happens in operating businesses. We use barriers, daily cleanup, and clear scheduling to keep your staff and customers separated from the work.
Trade Standards
Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work is performed to code by qualified tradespeople, with the documentation and inspections each jurisdiction requires.
Subcontractor Vetting
When a specialty subcontractor joins a project, they are selected for skill and character and held to the same site rules as our own crews.
Have safety requirements for your project?
Government and commercial clients often do. Tell us yours and we will walk you through how we meet them.
